Billing policy

Updated October 14, 2026. Optiview is provided by Zerotype LLC. Contact hello@optiview.ai for billing support.

Workspace access is invite-only; contact hello@optiview.ai to get started. Workspace admins can start checkout from Billing after verifying their website.

One website subscription

The standard plan is USD 99 per month plus applicable tax for one registrable domain and its www hostname. You can manage multiple websites in one workspace. Each website has a separate subscription and renewal; canceling one website does not cancel the others. Other subdomains and high-volume use require a custom agreement. No separately priced page, request or token overage is included in this offer.

Free trial and renewal

Eligible new customers receive a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required upfront. A trial is available only when both the customer and website identities have not previously used a trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month at USD 99 plus applicable tax unless canceled before renewal. Checkout displays the applicable amount and trial terms before you subscribe.

Cancellation and service access

Cancel through Billing in your workspace. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Cancellation stops the next renewal. During a paid period, access continues until the end of that period, then Optiview processing and delivery stop. Your original website remains available through its normal hosting. Canceling does not automatically issue a refund or a prorated credit.

Payments, tax and refund requests

Payments use Stripe Managed Payments. Applicable taxes are determined during checkout through that service. Payment receipts and payment support may be provided through Link. For billing errors or refund requests, contact us or use the support information in your payment receipt. Stripe’s applicable payment and refund rules and any mandatory legal rights remain effective.

Website connection

A subscription does not establish ownership, connect a website, or publish content automatically. Website verification, connection, source review and publication remain separate steps.
