- Industry-specific query generation using 200+ taxonomies
- Professional PDF reports and analytics
3. Use of Service

You agree to use Optiview's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our service to audit sites you don't own or have permission to audit

Our OptiviewAuditBot crawls websites in accordance with:

All content, features, and functionality of the Optiview platform, including but not limited to software, text, displays, images, and the design, are owned by Optiview and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of Optiview is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Optiview is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Audit results will always be 100% accurate
- AI platform citation rates will remain constant
- Third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Brave) will maintain their APIs or services
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
